Hi I’m Sung Heinrichs, owner of Salon Bliss and I’ve been serving the DMV with beautiful hair since 2002. I love curating looks that are unique to my clients style and personality. Looks that are effortless and on trend, but also practical for everyday life. I specialize in precision haircuts that grow out really well and lived in, low maintenance color. Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hour advanced notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Please know that my policy states that if you cancel or reschedule with less then 24 hour notice, it will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled services. Please plan to arrive early as this location can be a bit tricky. I am located on the 3rd floor across form TJ Maxx, can’t wait to see you!
